Service performance, legitimate interest for security and support, and explicit consent for forms that request it.
What we store
- Account details: name, email, company, preferences.
- Technical data: authentication logs, sessions, service state and webhook traces.
- Commercial data: selected plan, account quantity, invoices and auto-renew state.
- Support requests and contact forms with consent timestamp.
Access, correction, deletion
Authentication, support and billing data are retained for as long as needed for service delivery, security and accounting obligations.
You can request access, correction, deletion, restriction or export of your data by writing to the support address.
Payment, email and hosting integrations should be documented and contractually covered before going live.
